Two New YouTubes Posted

I have posted two new YouTubes for my HRM students. Other students are, of course, welcome to watch them. I would like to get feedback on these... so feel free to email me with comments. Subject of these two videos are Adverse Impact / Disparate Treatment and HR Planning - Markov Analysis. I know... not very exciting topics...but very necessary.
