Who Am I?

I am Dr. Nancy Bereman, retired after 33 years on the faculty at Wichita State University. I taught courses in Human Resource Management. In retirement, I do a little bit of everything. Writing in this blog is one of them. As my byline reads... Just my random thoughts about life, work, and play. You may contact me at my email address: NancyBereman@gmail.com.

An experiment

I am experimenting (well maybe more than experimenting since I bought a premium membership) with a piece of software call "Evernote". The logo for the software is a stylized elephant and the tagline is: "Use Evernote to save your ideas, things you see, and things you like. Then find them all on any computer or device you use. For free." You can use the service for free... I chose to upgrade to a premium account. Since I have more than one computer that I work on..being able to access the same information on all my computers was a definite plus. Google Docs does some similar kinds of things...and I love google docs, but I hate the idea of putting all my "eggs" in one basket. I'll update you on how it is working.
